2022 COVID Salon Procedures

Important Covid Information

*** Updated February 2022 ***

The government has now relaxed the requirement for wearing face masks. However, as we operate close contact services, all clients will still be required to wear a face covering whilst visiting the salon for the foreseeable future, even those who are exempt. A face covering should be a mask, or a visor if wearing a mask is not possible. Anyone wishing to have an eyelash, brow and scalp treatment must wear a mask.

Please remember to wait in your vehicle until we have messaged to say the salon is ready for you (in case it’s not the best weather outside), and be ready wearing a face covering when we open the door for you.

Hand sanitising will continue to be required upon entering the salon, and we remain unable to provide refreshments at this time.

Several treatments will also remain unavailable until such time as we can provide them safely (please see below). Although we are now re-introducing lip, chin, and sides of face waxing as of 15th February, on a trial basis. For more information on the re-introduction of our treatments, click HERE.

We continue to operate one therapist in at a time and one client in at a time, to limit staff sickness/absence and for client peace of mind. As we provide close contact services it is imperative that we continue to follow our COVID procedures to limit the risk to ourselves, our families and to you our clients, and so that we can remain open for business.

Our cleaning, sanitising, disinfecting and sterilising remains as strict as ever, and we remain operating at reduced capacity by only having one therapist in on any day, and one client in the building at any time.

For our current opening times click HERE. We are still operating a 48 hour cancellation policy, so if you do need to change your appointment, please let us know ASAP to avoid a charge.

Temporary Suspension of Treatments

Due to health and safety reasons we are unable to provide the following treatments at this time:

  • Facials
  • Facial Massage

We sincerely apologise to all of you who are affected by the unavailability of these treatments, but we hope you understand that we have done this to keep everybody as safe as possible whilst visiting our salon. We hope to resume these treatments in the not to distant future so please watch this space!

A Big Thank You To Our Clients

I would like to say again, a very big thank you for everyone’s kind words and support. Melissa and I are truly grateful to have such wonderful and supportive clients, and we wanted to express how much we truly appreciate all of you, THANK YOU!

We look forward to seeing you all throughout 2022.
