Chelsea Brows are Semi-Permanent Eyebrow Powders used at home to define the brow further, to fill in any gaps from over plucking and to produce a fuller brow shape.
- Water resistant and smudge proof after they have set (10 – 15 mins).
- Easily removed with eye make-up remover or cleanser.
The versatility of application means you can get the most natural of effects or the most dramatic of effects just by adjusting the amount of powder you use. The powders are extremely economical, lastly 1 – 2 years depending on your level of applications. With 7 colours to chose from there is a powder for everyone, but be careful as a colour match is needed to get the best out of the product. The wrong colour will not work and the colours are not necessarily obvious as they work with your skin colour and tone not just your eyebrow colour.
