Booking and Visiting in 2021
To make things easy, quick and simple, please see below our guide to booking an appointment and visiting us in 2021.
1# We offer appointment only bookings, please do not turn up to make an appointment.
2# To make an appointment with us, please contact us in any of the following ways (important note; our reception desk is not always manned, so if you don’t leave a message we cannot get back to you, which we always do):
- Leave a voicemail on our landline – 01865 731651

- Send a WhatsApp – 07980669712
- Send a text – 07980669712 (WhatsApp is preferred, if you have it)

- Message us on Facebook (not as quick as above methods)

3# We can only have one client in the salon at a time, please arrive alone, unless you are accompanying a minor for their treatment or if you need to be accompanied by a carer for your treatment.
4# Please wait in your vehicle, or on a sunny day, outside the salon, until we send you a message to come in – this is so cleaning in between clients can be done and allow you to enter a sterile environment.
5# Face mask/coverings (which include visors for those exempt from masks) must be worn before entering the salon – you must bring your own.
6# Hand sanitiser is to be used as soon as you enter the salon – we have it ready for your arrival.
7# We continue to provide all treatments prior to the recent lockdown, with the exception of the following:
- Facial Massage
- Waxing around the mouth (where a face covering must be removed)

8# You must NOT come to the salon if you are showing any COVID symptoms or if you/your household has been told to self isolate. We do encourage you to take the governments offer for free lateral flow testing kits for home use, which test you for asymptomatic or pre-symptomatic infections. This will help to avoid anyone coming to the salon who is unknowingly infected.
9# Our 48 hour cancellation policy still stands. You must contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment if you need to change or cancel (exceptions allowed).
10# Upon booking we will direct you to this page, where we hope you will read this important information fully and confirm your understanding of our new procedures by replying COVID AGREED. Should you not reply you will still be bound by our new procedures.
