Swinford Beauty Barn accepts:

Accounts are not available.

 

Mobile Phones & Other Devices

We politely ask that all mobile phones and other devices be put onto silent BEFORE you enter the salon.  This is for the consideration of people already having treatments and to retain the relaxing atmosphere of the salon.  If it is absolutely necessary for you to be contactable during your visit, please set your phone/device to vibrate only that way you can be alerted to your device but no-one else is.

 

No Admission of Children Under 4 Years of Age

We are unable to admit children under the age of 4 years into the salon.  This is due to the fact that we have more than one treatment room and will have treatments running simultaneously.  We understand that this may be a bit inconvenient to some customers and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but we do hope that you understand the necessity for implementing this rule.  Children 4 years old and over are welcome in the salon, accompanying an adult, but there must be the same consideration given to the relaxing atmosphere of the salon and for other people already having treatments as an adult would show.

 

Treatments For Minors

We regret that we can not treat anyone under the age of 16, unless where a condition maybe causing emotional distress (for example; excessive hair growth or skin problems), please ask us for more details.

 

Swinford Beauty Barn Promise/Cancellation Policy

At Swinford Beauty Barn we promise to keep your booked appointment, however some circumstances are out of our control.  In the highly unlikely event that we can not keep your appointment, we will contact you to  inform you of this as soon as possible and where appropriate, compensate you for the inconvenience.  In return, we ask that if you can not keep your appointment you will contact us with at least 48 hours notice so that your appointment can be offered to someone else.  If you cannot provide us with at least 48 hours notice we may, where appropriate, have to charge you a late cancellation or no show fee.  By booking an appointment you are agreeing to be bound by our 48hr cancellation policy.

 

Lateness

At Swinford Beauty Barn we pride ourselves on keeping to time and not keeping you waiting for your appointment.  In the highly unlikely event that we do not see you on time we will never cut your treatment short, if it is our fault we will never cause you to ‘lose out’.  We appreciate that from time to time things do not go to plan and we realise that on the odd occasion you may not be able to get to your appointment on time.  However, if you are late for your appointment please understand that we may have to cut your treatment short as to not keep the next client waiting.  In the event that this happens you may, where appropriate, still be charged for the full treatment.
