All products displayed on our website are done so with the permission of the individual distributors of each brand. Each brand distributor has outlined which of their products can be sold online. If you do not see a product from a certain brand in our shop then it maybe because the distributor will not allow it to be sold online or, we do not stock that particular product. Please ask if the product you are looking for cannot be found on our online shop.
‘In Stock’ means that we have that specific product in stock.
Swinford Beauty Barn allows the sale of out of stock items through ‘backordering’. Items that we do not currently have in stock will be listed as ‘available to back order’ which means you have the choice to purchase or not. If you choose to go ahead with the order, we will ‘special order’ it for you. This will be done the same or next day, with the exception of orders placed after 12pm on a Friday and any time on a Saturday. In this case the ‘special order’ will be made the next Monday or Tuesday.
You may order products on our website that are ‘In Stock’ or ‘Available to Backorder’ in reasonable quantities. If you are ordering products at a quantity that we see as suspicious we will hold your order and contact you before dispatch and may cancel your order and refund your payment if we find it necessary.
Certain products out of the Jan Marini range will not be sent out until a visual consultation has taken place. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment should you not agree to a consultation or if the results of your consultation prove that the product you have ordered is not suitable for you. Certain Jan Marini products may not be purchased as gift items for other people, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment should we find that these specific products are not being purchased for yourself.
Some Jan Marini products have an advisory notice on their product description. By purchasing these specific products you are agreeing and clearly understanding that the advisory warning does not apply to you. If you purchase a product with an advisory warning despite the warning applying to you, you are in breach of Swinford Beauty Barn Online Shop Terms and Conditions. Swinford Beauty Barn will not be held responsible should anything happen because of your purchase. If you do not understand the advisory warning then you should not purchase the product and should call us for clarification.
All orders placed require postage or ‘Shipping’ to be paid by you, the customer, with the exception of small items, gift vouchers and orders over £75.00.
Orders that require postage or ‘Shipping’ to be paid by you are at a cost of £4.45 flat rate – 1st class recorded signed for and are applied to your entire order not each item. Nailtiques & all other products (with the exception of those stated in the next paragraph) postage or ‘Shipping’ is at a cost of £3.35 1st class standard delivery as they are a smaller item.
Gift Vouchers and Exfoliating Gloves are purchased free of postage or ‘Shipping’ unless you have ordered them with a chargeable item, then the flat rate for the order as a whole is applied.

Orders over £75.00 are free from postage or ‘Shipping’.
All ‘In Stock’ items will be sent out 24-48 hours from date of purchase, except if ordered on a Friday or Saturday, then your order will be sent out on the next Monday or Tuesday after purchase date.
All stock we ‘backorder‘ for you will be sent out 24-48 hours from the date they arrive with us, except if they arrive with us on a Friday or Saturday, then your order will be sent out on the next Monday or Tuesday after purchase date.
All online customers shall receive a confirmation email of dispatch and in the case of backorders, we will inform you via email once we have placed your ‘special order’, once we have received your ‘special order’ and once again when we have dispatched your ‘special order’.
All orders will be sent using Royal Mail standard or Recorded Signed For postal service. As a result we are not responsible for delivery times, we may only advise you on delivery times that Royal Mail have set out. Please see Royal Mail for information on delivery times.
Due to the nature of the products being sold we, unfortunately, cannot accept returns (statutory rights are not affected). Should you find a problem with your order you must contact us within 7 working days after we send you dispatch confirmation. Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
